How can law be constitutional if it is unconstitutional you have to go back to the original intent. Some reading material I would suggest is the declaration of independence, holy bible, federalist and anti federalist, constitution, the law by Frederic Bastiat. When you are finished with that I have more reading material. when you read the federalist papers you will find that anything that contradicts the constitution of the united states is null and void this is the law. So opposing current law is not unconstitutional since the law itself is unconstitutional. Ron Paul is very consistent because he upholds the original intent, remember the laws are null and void.
